Shooting Schedule
We need to have a shooting schedule in order to know when all of us, and our actors are free for the day, and where and when we will need them to be.
Everyone is available on the 26th of October, so this is when we will be filming, and we will be doing so at Mote Park.
I will be arriving early to get some establishing shots of plants and the landscape, while the rest of the group will arrive around 9:30.
26/10/15
We will need:

Camera + 2 lenses

Back-up battery + charger

Ring light

Filters (Macro and UV)

Both actors to bring a few different changes of clothes

Ben to bring his guitar

Money for the boat sequence
We are aiming to finish in the afternoon, but are unsure about ow long it
will take, so that's why we need everyone to be free the whole day.
(Or at least not busy until the evening)

After having looked back at our footage and begging to edit it, I have realised that we need a few more shots for the performance sections. Ben and I will be filming this after school on the 4th of November. Since this only requires Ben and I we will need:

26/10/15
Mote Park: We filmed the majority of our video on this Monday. It was the half term, so we had the whole day to get what we needed. I was there early in the morning to get some establishing shots / cutaways before our actors turned up. Filming was successful and we completed almost all of it. Luckily the weather was on our side, and it was sunny for most of the day.
04/11/15
After importing all our footage, and starting to edit, I realised we didn't have enough footage for Ben's performance. We arranged to film on the first Wednesday back, after school. It went smoothly except from a string on his guitar breaking just before we started, but fortunately it's very hard to tell that it's not there, as it was the smallest of this six strings.
16/11/15
I went out after school one day to get some test shots for the timelapses. They turned out quite nice, and the rest of my group said that they looked good to go in our video.
